Service Terms: Boostabrain IVR Service Centre will always be accept between 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM office hours. If there is any kind of technical problem, you may have to wait for a while. You will never harass our executives for service. If found repeatedly harassing you then your call will be banned and your service will be cancelled.

1. Installation, Configuration & Training (1 Time)
2. In case of hardware related defects, you have to courier the machine to us, we will try to repair and deliver the machine to you within 1 week. Your side courier charge will be yours and our side courier charge will be ours.
3. In case of software related fault, you will be given service through online (remote control). We do not do any kind of service offline or by visiting the client.
4. Before taking any kind of service, it is mandatory to give your customer ID (Order Detail, Serial Number), without which service will not be given.

⚙️ Module Block Policy – Boostabrain Technologies

📌 Notice:
यदि किसी कारणवश Voice Broadcasting या Auto Dialer सिस्टम में SIM Module Block या Module Failure होता है,
तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी IVR कंपनी की नहीं होगी।

⚠️ Important:

• Module Block होना आमतौर पर Telecom Network, SIM Usage Pattern या Overload के कारण होता है।
• ऐसे मामलों में कंपनी केवल Technical Guidance देगी,
  परंतु Module Replacement या Change के लिए Customer को भुगतान करना होगा।

💰 Module Replacement Charge:
Module Change / Replacement का शुल्क अलग से लागू होगा, जो उस समय के Market Rate के अनुसार लिया जाएगा।

✅ हम ग्राहकों को सलाह देते हैं कि सिस्टम का उपयोग निर्धारित Limit और Guideline के अनुसार करें,
ताकि SIM या Module Block होने की संभावना कम से कम रहे।
