📌 Notice:
यदि किसी कारणवश Voice Broadcasting या Auto Dialer सिस्टम में SIM Module Block या Module Failure होता है,
तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी IVR कंपनी की नहीं होगी।
⚠️ Important:
- Module Block होना आमतौर पर Telecom Network, SIM Usage Pattern या Overload के कारण होता है।
- ऐसे मामलों में कंपनी केवल Technical Guidance देगी,
परंतु Module Replacement या Change के लिए Customer को भुगतान करना होगा।
💰 Module Replacement Charge:
Module Change / Replacement का शुल्क अलग से लागू होगा, जो उस समय के Market Rate के अनुसार लिया जाएगा।
